Payment Methods

Please note:
- We do not accept PayPal, as it violates PayPal’s terms for research chemical transactions.
- We do not accept Visa or Mastercard for international research chemical orders due to their terms and conditions.
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
Refund Policy
If you have sent payment but change your mind, you may request a refund only if your order has not yet been shipped. A 10% fee will be deducted to cover processing costs. Alternatively, you may choose to receive the full amount as store credit for future purchases.
Regular customers are eligible for personal discounts. You may request a discount via email after your third order.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, and all sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure product safety and integrity, as we cannot guarantee the purity of returned items.
However, you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Additional terms:
- Orders can be canceled or modified only between the time of purchase and shipment.
- No returns are accepted, and no return address will be provided.
- If you order the wrong item, it cannot be returned or replaced.
- One replacement shipment may be offered if your order does not arrive within 21 days.
